An Amazonian plant once valued by the Incas for its high fatty acid and protein content, Inca Inchi® oil is a highly penetrating dry oil made from Plukenetia volubilis plant seeds. Inca Inchi® oil is an excellent choice for spot-prone skin. The oil is clinically proven to preserve skin’s lipid balance and regenerate epidermis, resulting in softer skin and improved texture. Inca Inchi® is high in linoleic and linolenic acids, which are essential to the formation of the epidermal lipid barrier and contribute to reducing black heads and associated skin irritation. The results are that the skin is regenerated, moisturised, supple and soft.
Hair
Inca Inchi® has clinically proven hair repairing effects. The oil sheathes the hair scales and closes the cuticle, resulting in hair that is softer and stronger. Following use of a product containing Inca Inchi® oil, the hair, repaired, regains its volume and is left supple and light. How to use
Apply to face and neck
Recommended concentration for use:
1 to 5%
Formulation:
Add to emulsions, at the end of the preparation process, either cold or at 35-40°C, during cooling.
Measuring:
We recommend using a weighing scale that weighs to 0.1g, as measuring using drops can be inaccurate.
Additional information:
Keep in a dark place, in the original packaging and at ambient temperature (15-25 °C). Use rapidly once opened, or transfer to sterile packaging.
